BEN HA TZE FEI, is a certified trainer with Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) (Certificate No. TTT/4549) and IABFM accredited Trainer. In addition, he has achieved and being awarded a Professional Certification of Certified Human Resource Practitioner “CHRP” by the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM). Due to his vast experience in training and development industries, he has been appointed and certified by (MIHRM) to conduct a Certified Training and Development programme.

His experience in the corporate sector spans nearly 15 years with the most of that time spent in the consulting and training industry. His exposure was essentially in the area of leadership, coaching and mentoring, ranging from people development to process improvement.

Today, he is a full-time corporate trainer on areas which include Leadership Development Programme, Supervisory & Executive Development Programme, Interpersonal Skills etc. Over the years, he has educated individuals from the manufacturing, plantations, banking, SME’s and oil and gas industry as well as government bodies. His audience range from entry level employees to management staff.
