Darell Kong Chung How has been involved in training, coaching and facilitating for more than 3 years with the intention of dramatically increasing profit, productivity and performance of people. He is also an approved PSMB trainer (TTT/14880).

Prior joining the training industry, he was a Business Development Executive in FMCG industry for 2 years holding a responsible of managing and monitoring the business sales profit of each salesman and doing sales planning and forecasting for the consecutive months.

Darell is a trainer whom specifically trains in Microsoft and Soft skill training course, helping clients to achieve their work task efficiently and effectively. Academically, he holds a Degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship in Curtin University of Sarawak. In the year of 2017, he had been appointed to be a trainer under Leadership Institute training mainly on the State’s Civil Servants across Miri, Bintulu and Kuching under the subject for Microsoft and also Bite Size Programs with more than 10 over sessions thereafter ranging from Clericals to Officers of numerous grades.

Currently in Power Edu International Sdn Bhd, he holds a position of Business Development Consultant, empowering the business through his passion in training and consulting. By his highly charged, energetic and power packed training session, he has inspired and transforms the lives of people mind set towards training industry.
